Kristen is the Founder and Head Planner at Urb Appeal Events. Kristen has been working in the events field for over 20 years, working on both corporate and private events. She began her career as a Project Manager at Ilacqua, DiBona & Associates. Here, she got her first real taste of planning events for the medical community, working on monthly conferences for client, Ortho McNeil Pharmaceutical, a division of Johnson & Johnson. After that, Kristen moved on to SunGard Higher Education, planning tradeshows and larger scale events.
Kristen created Urb Appeal Events in 2018. After spending several years at home her twin daughters, working as an event consultant off and on, Kristen decided it was time to take her experience and start her own company. Kristen is one of those "unique" people who thrive on the excitement and challenge of putting on live events. "I love the feeling of putting on an event. The adrenaline and immediate gratification you get from a successful event is such a thrill".
