helping you to manage the events details that you have already put in place
helping you to communicate with vendors
onsite event coordinator for the duration of your event available (additional fee)

A La Carte Package:

Your event planner is responsible for:

familiarizing themselves with the details of the event prior of whatever items you want handled
providing day-of onsite event management for those specific items
